NAND is the physical chip or set of chips that stores your iPhone's information such as OS, contacts, pictures, data, etc. (Its like the phone's hard drive). If this chip is corrupt, normal mom and pop fix it shops cannot repair it, or if they could, it is not cheap. Either take it to a real Apple store on repair estimate, then check with your credit card company to see if they have extended the warranty on the phone or insurance on the repair costs (which will be around $300), or get a new phone.

Corrupt NAND results mostly from poor manufacturing.

So its because the one who is reliable of the phone or the apple itself ? :) So this Bootloop phone will not be fixed mo more ? :( It boots succesfully three times then go back again to the bootloop issue

It sounds like the factory that made the phone didn't make it 100%, but at the time it passed quality checks. However, is the one you go to is Apple.
