How do you turn of overlay on my phone
i can not have access to my video or music lot of other app because the screen overlay they send me to settings but i don't see what to turn off overlay please i need your help on that thanks i follow instruction but no icon to turn it off

What do you mean by overlay? Please take some screenshots by holding the power+volume down buttons. Then post them using this guide: Adding images to an existing question

the screen overlay is program running all the time in the back ground and cant be seen

What is the name of it? And overlay means that it's overlaying your current image, so it would be on top, not on bottom. We really need those screen shots.
