Touch disease repair can cause error 53?

Hello. First of all I really admire you work and the things you are doing for the tech community. I want to tell you my short history. I've own an iPhone 6 Plus and after two years and a couple of months the touch disease came to me. I was really upset and as everyone try to go to the store and you know the history telling of mac. Then I go to another place to repair it and it work well for a time, the I need to go again to the same place because something was wrong again and they took care of that. The thing is that in between that process I went again to the mac store and then they realized that my phone was repaired outside of them. The question is what they do? This mean that if I restore my phone it will have error 53? I'm really annoyed about apples position and I'll try not to give to them my money because it's to agree with error 53 and this touch disease. It's sad when you realize this so late.
