Flash drive problems, how to fix

I have this condition where my iphone 5s 32gb stuck on the logo, it wont turn the ios properly.

I got to the service and he said my phone needs to change the harddisk, which is really pricey, i never over loaded my phone, i just using it for whatsapp, line, instagram, and mobile legends game.

The he day before it worked just fine until i charge my phone and i found out my cable are broken, and it wont charging and it died for a ll bit too long, then i go tothe ibox and they jumper my battery it turned on but wont load anything except the apple logo, what happend to my phone to be exact?

Do you have a PC or Mac which you can conect you iPhone to which is running iTunes? From the sounds of it your iOS is corrupted

turn the phone off, plug the usb end into a computer with itunes then on the phone hold down the home button and insert the cable into the phone and see if itunes detects it in recovery mode. or you could download reiboot and kick it out of recovery

have you tried resetting the device holding down the home button and power button at the same time. other than that you might have to restore the device.
