What airport extreem card do I use in my iMac?

I will be using the airport extreem card to connect with my u-verse gateway, is this an easy add?

Thank you both... I may go with the USB wifi if it has a better pick up range. I believe the Airport extreem is around 50 feet, my gateway is more than that. When the weather get warmer cat5 looks to be the better bet to get the gateway closer to all of my equipment.

661-3045 Airport Extreme is what you need for that model.

It is really easy to install, the round plate on the bottom, loosen the screws and it pops off, you can add ram to the unit as well as an airport card.

Well it depends on how comfortable you are with opening up the computer.

There isn't really any guides on doing this, so I would add an external usb wifi adapter.

There's a really powerful usb wifi for $30 w/ free shiping

It says it works with mac 10.3-10.6, so if you have that I recommend using this or another usb wifi adapter instead of an internal airport extreme card.
