My PowerBook's logic board is dead. It's a G4 15" 1.25 GHz that I bought in the second half of the year of 2003. Can I change this board for a faster one, for example a 1.33, 1.5, or even the 1.67 GHz?

Unfortunately not. The board design of the next speed step (1,33) is different.
