Cannot start my ps4
It just keeps sayin connect dualshock 4 using the USB cable and USB cannot connect

Did you experience any issues before, or done any system updates?
it could also be a hard drive error

If you have no other option, performing an initialization will most likely fix the problem, but you will lose all of your data and the problem may come up again when you power the console down.

Also, if your USB cable is not working, you may need either a new controller or USB cable.

No it's telling me to do an update and I did it on my laptop with my USB stick and put it into the PlayStation and still nothing happened it won't leave the black error screen
