Hello,
Hope this finds you all well. I'm wondering if any of you know about a battery replacement for the Panasonic ES8003. I have done some research and some people say these Sanyo eneloop AA batteries will work but I'm not sure. Does any one know? Thank you for any help.

Thank you for providing the link for the proper battery for this Panasonic yes 8003 shaver, I ordered this battery that just arrived so thank you again. By any chance do you know which side in the shaver is the positive in the negative polarity? Is the bottom of the shaver or the top of the shaver the positive side? I didn’t take note when I took the old batteries out unfortunately, any help is greatly appreciated. Thank you again

Mayer you are too kind and both your great answer fixed my issue. I installed new batteries and they are charging now. Do you by chance have a diagram or a picture of this actual clear plastic case shaver? There’s a gold cosmetic clip that goes around the top right below the blade housing and I’m not exactly sure if this fits inside the clear plastic case or sits on top of it, it’s the gold trim that has a curved top that matches the curve of the shave her head case. My Panasonic ES 8003 has decided to stop working. It acts like it is charged, but when I go to turn it on it runs ((very poorly) for maybe 10 or 15 seconds then shuts down. I bought this new and have been using it for years and would like to keep on using it.
Are there any troubleshooting hints ?
It has new blades and foils (I change them almost every 4 months) and I actually just received another years supply of them.
I am handy with repairs. But I don’t want to do shotgun maintenance.
