What could be causing my screen to type by itself?

Alright guys, I need some advice. I have a iPhone 6s Plus that had a new screen put on by my brother on Aug 11. Everything was fine until last week. All of a sudden my phone started typing by itself when I would try typing someone or etc. up until that point it was fine, then my cameras are both black and I can't take a photo or anything. I did a hard reset and that didn't work. Did a full restore and that didn't work. My question is, do I need to get a new screen put on? And what about my cameras? Do i need to replace them as well?

From what you described it could be a few different things as far as the ghost touch you're experiencing that can happen from the onset of what's called touch disease or a bad screen replacement or the connector not seated properly as far as your camera's not working it could be that when he lifted the connectors off of the motherboard he dislodged or knocked off a component from your motherboard and lastly they could be what's called long screw damage if he put the wrong screw in the shield covering those connectors that can bottom out against the motherboard and cause a short so the first thing to do with minimal experience and having your brother actually do the repair is to take it to a repair shop that does Micro soldering and have them inspect the screw holes under the shield make sure that the connectors are seated properly and that there's no damage around those connectors

after the screen was having isuses, he took it back off and then after reputting it I noticed the cameras were not working. But not sure if they worked before he took it back off or not as I didn't check. Going to be taking it to a phone place once I get paid to see if they can fix it.

Forgot to mention, apple support said the cameras software was the reason they won't work. So could that be screw damage?

It's "possible", but in a troubleshooting process, knowing this all happened near the same time, I'd only assume the issues are related. But without examining it in person, it's really hard to tell. Most reputable shops will not charge if there is no repair...so it should be free to get it diagnosed
