Centrifigal clutch always engaged
My centrifigal clutch is always engaged spinning the rear wheel on my bicycle. How do I make it just sit at idle?

The engine is brand new so the carb is clean as a whistle
So you didn't try what I posted?
If this was a replacement or repair, who did it, you or a mechanic?
