Replacing screws in blind holes tips?

iMac Intel 20" EMC 2105 and 2118

Model A1174 with 2 GHz Core Duo or Model A1207 with 2.16 or 2.33 GHz Core 2 Duo

To replace the screws in my LCD screen, I cut a strip of plastic from a shopping bag and then Poked a small hole in the plastic.

Pushed the screw into the plastic to the head, held the plastic to the driver and inserted the screws. Any other Ideas?

Options

I used double sided tape over the end of my torx driver. I had to use a new piece for two screws.
