My iPhone 5s keeps restarting after updating to ios 11 beta . I tried to restore it using iTunes, but it turns off randomly. I tried also to change the battery but it didn't solve the problem. Please i need a help

If it worked well before the upgrade then I'd try to go back to 10.x. I hope you backed up before installing the Beta.

Always back up your iOS device or Mac before installing the public beta. To use a previously-released version of macOS or iOS, you can restore your device from the backup that you created before installing the public beta.

Does it restart when the charger is plugged in?
If not then try another battery.
If yes then the NAND chip could be buggered.
