If the phone still works then you need to insert an large enough micro SD memory card to transfer the photos and etc to.

Also you can try using Samsung smart switch on computer to assist you with connecting mobile to computer and doing Samsung phone backups.

Make sure you try both cables, the standard micro USB one and the wider one which is the micro USB 3.0 version.

Then if you want buy an micro SD USB adapter so you can plug it into computer and backup photos to there too.

Then you will need to get a microUSB to HDMI adapter and have a monitor with HDMI.

Then use the touch screen with the mhl hdmi output display to TV and additionally connect a bluetooth mouse to make it easier to navigate.

And unfortunately that is the screen that needs to be replaced, went bad after drop.

If you have a hotmail.com account, download the onedrive app, and allow it access to your phone. It will automatically upload all your photos to your hotmail's one drive account.

If you have google photos, log into the photo's app, and enable sync. It will also automatically upload your photos to your google gmail account at https://photos.google.com

First off you'll have to use a data transfer cable, or a genuine one - Some cables dont offer data and just charge the phone.

When its connected swipe down from your notification and make sure "Connect as media device" is selected.

The open up DCIM and your photos should show up. This obviously depends if you're using a Windows, or is it a Mac?
