Sounds like you want the upcoming iPhone 8 ;-} The new iPhone expected this fall will have a glass body like the iPhone 3 & 4 had.
Glass is a very hard material to machine when you are doing small scale manufacturing. Apple uses a mold to cast the glass and then machines which you just can't do on your own.
Finding a C&C machine with the needed cutting tolerances and creating (finding) the needed control file will also take some work. You'll also need to make the molds to cast the antenna insulators and then a frame to glue the parts together. Getting the correct strength of metal as well as the plastics also need to be a special kind so the antennas work properly.
Lastly, legally you can't put the Apple logo on the body.
Most of he custom colored bodies you do find are not very good. The quality of the metal, the insulators as well as the machining is just not as good as Apple's so you risk not having a working phone once you put things together.
I would focus on coverings and cases as the better way to make your phone unique!
The iPhone 6 & iPhone 6 Plus use the upper & lower part of the frame as the antennas you can see them here the gold parts that are isolated by the white plastic on the top & bottom. Review the IFIXIT teardown here to see more iPhone 6 Plus Teardown:
And here looking from the inside you can see the white plastic glued to the the metal pieces with the black injection plastic:
What many people fail to understand is there are in fact four antennas in the body shell! Two cellular, WiFi & Bluetooth, then there is the fifth hidden inside! For NFC services.

Good question

I would just like for it to be different, and I have always liked the back glass like on Samsungs, and I would like to add a wireless charger into it but have it built in
