I replacement Earpiece Speaker On my iPhone 5S. When I connected to iTunes, during recovery its write error 9. I tried steps by apple support but nothing. What vám i do?

Try unplugging front camera cable and turn on phone again.
You need to use 3utools to exit recovery mode boot loop if is on there.
Did you make sure to unplug battery first before unplugging other cables?
Did you make sure not to mix up the 4 screws for the metal cover that goes on top of the screen cables for logic board?
A longer screw used on a screw hole that's on the motherboard can damage the circuit traces on the logic board which in other words is called long screw damage.
Sometimes this is very hard to spot inside a screw hole and requires microscope to check out.

Yes i disconnected first battery then i disconnect other connectors. When i connected back old earpiece speaker so iPhone i could recovery but new i cant.
