Is this the logic board?

Hello! I have a Imac from late 2012, and it randomly shuts off. I have a feeling its the logic board, but i'm not sure. It has done this a lot, when it does it i have to switch wall outlets to get it to turn on again, not sure why. after its done booting, it says no error message like "Your mac shutdown because of a problem." it used to give me these messages, but not anymore. it is completely random, i can be playing a Video game or just watching Youtube, its random. and its not like a crash because it just shuts off, like it wont say shutting down the screen just goes black and its off. Any help is appreciated!

It has other symptoms besides shutting off? Like lines on the screen. When you get close to your iMac do you hear a buzzing sound (i'm not talking about the spinning sound of the hard drive).

This is most likely a power supply failing. Please give us the size of your iMac and we can get you to the correct guides.
