Low beams turn on normally as do the fog lights. But when high beams are turned on all lights turn off . Tried changing the lights themselves but same problem persisted. Fuses all look fine.
Is there a relay that needs replacing?

Hi Ed,
When you say "all " lights go out. Do all lights go out including tail and running lights or is it just the low beams and the fog lamps?
If it's just the low beams and fog lamps, that very well may be a normal function of the car. I have an older Jeep Cherokee that does the same thing. Some manufacturers leave the low beams on but shut off the fog lamps. They are different by manufacturer on the setups.

Tail lights and running lights don't go out,it's just the low beams and the fog lights, but the high beams don't come on either, so it's a blackout.
I have a similar problem too, but for me on the Auto mode, the low beam should work in the daylight, but on one of the lights(left) the highbeam always remains On day/night and right side is on low beam unless i switch on the highbeam.
