I will be ordering Iphone 5/5c/5s /se

That has icloud issues

Quantity 50

I have a question if the phone is icloud lock can i still use the parts of it? chips ? To other phones ? Or Nah ?

Options

You'll be able to use the parts with the exception of Home Button (TouchID on 5S & SE), CPU, Baseband & EEPROM. The NAND can be re-used but you need to be able to change the serial number which requires a NAND programmer.

Just an question sir ?Why cant i use the touch id for 5s and se ?(Homebutton will still work but the touch id will not work am i right ?)

Touch ID will not work as it is only programmed to the specific device it is installed to. You can use the button in a different device, it just will not work to scan. That is all. There is no current solution for reprogramming the home button. Only stories here and there about some crazy machine Apple has.
