@sheshe, Sheila, We do try to encourage person's to do their own repairs, if really not wanting to attempt the repair, take the Tablet into a couple good local computer repair shop's and have them estimate repair. You can also use the Nextbook support link below to get a preferred repair center perhaps. The last link is a repair center(one of many) that you can contact for estimate. Good luck.
