A local shop will charge you in the 300 to 400 dollar range. To buy the the equipment to do it will cost thousands, plus a $30 dollar replacement glass. Good luck.

Double check you connections, by disconnecting them and reconnecting them. This is a common problem. If you have a clear picture without lines or blackouts that means your lcd is fine. If your touch still isn't restored. Try again once more. To make sure that the connections isn't the issue. It is possible for you to do, but very very difficult. You going to need: 1.optical grade adhesive 2.Adhesive remover 4.A way to heat the glass so you can separate it from the lcd. You can do it with a heat gun, but that's the cheapest and hardest way of doing it. I used something like this as my first step up from a heat gun https://www.amazon.com/gp/aw/d/B019OA35J...-3&pi=AC_SX236_SY340_FMwebp_QL65&keywords...
I would immediately take it apart, and clean it with with 90% isopropyl alcohol. The longer it set as, the more damage, and less likely for you to be able to repair.
