Touch ID and Earpiece not working after screen replacement

My sister gave me her iPhone 6 and the screen was cracked. I replaced it like I have many other iPhone screens before. Powered it down and detached the battery cables before disconnecting anything else. I replaced the screen and reattached the battery and powered it on. Everything works great except when I get a phone call I can only hear if I put it on speaker and it keeps telling me the Touch ID is not available on my iPhone. I redid the entire process, double checked EVERYTHING and both still do not work. My front camera and sensors work so the cable isn't damaged. Any advice?

It's not going to work on the 6. Apple marries the home button. The touch is gone after working on it.
