TV keeps turning on and off constantly
When the TV is plugged in it just constantly turns on and off no picture - is this an easy fix?

There are Class Action law suits on this issue with Samsung. Contact them (800) 726-7864, and they may send a tech out to change two capacitors that cause the issue. (When you contact them, I would let them know you are aware of the lawsuit). There are a reported 12 million defective Samsung TVs with this issue. Mine's sitting over in the corner and I'm trying to find out which caps there are.

I am on hold with Samsung tech support now trying to get detailed information on which caps to replace,

Service Center 800-726-7864 Wonderful! They gave me the same number to call that I had been speaking to, so I could just start all over.
I'll let you know how it pans out.
Unfortunately I'm in the UK so I don't think this applies to me and the Samsung TV I have is plasma. Thanks for your answer though. I will continue to investigate

emmaemery69 could be as simple as bad capacitors or to replace the power board. What model is your TV? Do you have the back already taken off? Take a look at the power board and check for leaking or domed looking capacitors. If not sure post some images of your board with your question. Use this guide Adding images to a new question for that.
