Alright. These are actually a bit more tricky, because you have to remove the glass and LCD to get the logic board out. I'm no Samsung expert, so if I'm wrong, please let know. When you get the logic board out, you'll need to clean it with 90% isopropyl alcohol. Here's a guide
Here's a guide to get the board out. @oldturkey03 is right. Do not add electricity until you've cleaned it, and then let the board dry. Also this guide is good, but really what you want is a shop that has an ultrasonic bath. I want the public to be able to fix things themselves. But you won't want to buy a $1k machine and the chemicals that you need to run it, just for your one phone

gailphillips1960 first thing you want to avoid is to turn it on, charge it or otherwise try to use it. That will back a bad situation worse. You will have to disassemble your phone. Follow this video to get inside your phone. Then clean everything with some 90%+ isopropyl alcohol. Use this guide to see how it is done. Even so it was written for an Apple iPhone, all the points made are still pertinent to your phone as well. Check for any missing or damaged looking components. Once you have it properly cleaned, replace the battery and only then recheck your phone. Re-evaluate your phone for any damage after you clean it. For now anything will only be a guess. Water damage is the toughest to repair since any part may have failed.
