Wi-Fi and Bluetooth remain disabled

Some days ago, I switched off WiFi after using it since then, it remained disabled including the Bluetooth connectivity. The buttons reman off, when I slide them, they return to normal state.

I waited for the 7.1.2 update to come thinking it will fix the errors but nothing. I decided to follow all the instructions and also factory resetting the phone but nothing changed. Need help please.

I would contact google this has been a error with the pixel if its still under warranty they will replace the device.
