Why is my camera having trouble focusing manual or autofocus?

I am having trouble with my Eos 60D, it won't focus well, in either manual or autofocus mode. I have tried various lenses, thinking it was a lense issue, but it happens no matter which lense is on the camera.

I've tried google to source solutions, but haven't found anything yet.
