Horizontal grey streaks on screen.
There are horizontal grey streaks on home screen and lock screen that appear one or two seconds after "waking up". Is it worth fixing, or time to get a new phone?

Sounds like you just need a new iPhone 5s screen. Grey bars indicates damage to the internal flex cables on the screen. Pretty common and should be a fairly easy fix. iFixit has lots of parts and tools.
