unlock samsung s7 using wifi?

i have a new samsung given by my ucle form new zealand and i can't go in because the phone is lock by wifi and its need google account... CAN SOMEONE HELP ME TO UNLOCK THIS LOCKED DEVICES?????

Even using this technique my phone tells me I need a device pin to allow the phone to be powered down the phone any suggestions how I can by pass this obasticle this is basically the first step Cheers lea
