Headlights wont work but high beams do
2000 mercury mountaineer light wont come on unless I turn on the high beams (but they are not high beams only low)??? Help someone please.

These trucks and the ford explorers had an issue with the headlight switch or MFS you may find replacing the switch solves the problem. Im assuming you've done the usual checks like fuses , relays and bulbs? If not check them first. Hope this helps

It has been in the past I would check
@mayer Just checked and there hasn't been a recall on this its not considered a safety problem .
