When I tried to put an ejected disk in the PS4 it shuts down

Help guys! When i was loading GTA V the console ejected the disk. I waited for a few seconds and tried to put the disk but the disk tray wont open, and i tried to get the disk in the disk tray but the screen of the PS4 had gone back to the HDMI screen. When i tried to open it via the sensor light it wont open. I also tried using the PS button on the controller but it still doesnt work. I removed the plug and put it back on but it still doesn't open. Can you guys give a solution on how to fix this. Thanks!
