Is opening the iPhone going to damage the screws?

I need to replace my white iPhone 3GS Back Panel but i dont want to damage my screws because they might find out that i opened my iPhone and it will void the warranty.

Is there a way to do it without damaging it?

Thanks

once you open the phone you'll see the "do not remove " sticker on bottom right of motherboard. your warranty is void once you tamper with this. unfortunately you need to remove it for back case replacement. as to the screws- depends how careful you are and how good your tools are
