I was on FaceTime then my screen froze and cut off. I out it on thther charger it wouldn't cut on. I tried resetting sith home and oower button also that didn't. What do i do ?

Were you low on battery life while on Face Time? Did you try a soft reset? When you do the reset, do you see anything like the Apple logo or nothing at all?
You can try leaving it on and unplugged until the battery dies and then plug it back in or you can remove the back cover, disconnect the battery, wait 10 secs, reconnect battery, put cover back on, and try turning it on again.
All else fails, replace LCD/touchscreen assembly.
