iPhone home button and mic dosent work

My iphone 5s is stuck in a boot loop . I cant go into recovery mode becuase home button

and mic dosent work. but the charging port works. This problem began to occur after doing a repair. Is it possible the 5s can suffer the same pry tool damage like the iphone 5 ? and if not do i need to replace the whole charging dock since the home button connector is connected to it ? is this a logic board problem ? my iphone did have water damage before but has been fine for almost a year now (just putting that as a factor)

Options

Either damaged home button or charging port needs to be replaced. Could be the latter or both.

the home button is new i just replaced it becuase i thought that was the cuase

If it was pried near the sim card slot then the home button is probably stuck in engaged because the little components that control the home button are damaged or missing there.
