I spilt soda over 6 months ago how can i fix my laptop ,it will come on but says I need to reboot it but there's not a place I can put a disc in it to reboot it up,I would love to fix it ,it's a palvation

@allend268 , Dorothy Allen, Discontinue trying to power on, as this could possibly cause more damage. You do not state your model #! I will answer the best I can. Your laptop will have to be dismantled to clean up the liquid/corrosion damage which also probably has started on components and connections. Below is a link to the various HP lap top guides ifixit has presently, if your model is there select it to see if it has tear down guide or a service manual to reference to take it apart. If your model is not there with a guide you can google search for service manual using your make and model# or do a search for a tear down video perhaps. The second link is a general guide on how to clean electronics with liquid/corrosion damage. If not up to doing the repair yourself take into a good local computer repair shop for diagnoses and estimate on repair.
