Mac Pro 2008 fans on a windows pc?

Hi, I have an old Mac Pro Early 2008 with a fried motherboard. Im trying to use its fans for my Windows pc. they have a 4 pin connector do does my motherboard but the wont turn on. The fans Model number is Delta AFB1212HHE and they are 12v 0.75A and my motherboard is a Gigabyte GA-z97x-ud3h-bk.

Any way to make them work?

@yakoenicol it is usually the outside pins that are the + and - connection. Black wire will be negative, RED will be positive and there should be a blue wire for frequency Let us know what Mac Pro fan you want to use and why. If you can tell us what logicboard you have we may even find out how it is wired on the connector end. Look for a 820-XXXX number on the board.
