iPhone 5 battery problems

I have question about the battery, iphone 5

I have removed the black cover that the battery have , the cover letter that is writing on it warning, bla bla bla... i have made a photo of how my battery looks like

so, if you have looked the photo what do you think, will my battery works normal when i will put on my iphone like this, or will it have problems while working on the iphone?

THIS IS A HUGE FIRE RISK!!

You have removed a layer of security from your battery and the silver lining appears dented, if not punctured. Properly dispose of this battery and get a new one.

There are plenty of videos on the internet of Li-Ion battery fires...you don't want to be the next victim.
