How to adjust flex antenna because I have no wifi or bluetooth?

The wifi was not working neither is my bluetooth. I looked it up and someone said i need to adjust my flex antenna, does anyone know if this is true and if so does anyone have a guide to fix it?

Update (01/28/2017)

Ok she dropped the phone and now the wifi does work but only when she is within 10-15 ft of the wifi base

Hmm...

There's nothing to "adjust" on the antenna. You will want to look to see if the antenna is properly connected to the logic board and housing. Keep in mind that there are several antenna elements in the phone, including the housing. I would use this guide to dis-assemble the device. Read through it first and focus on the antenna elements.

There is also a possibility that you have a logic board issue...you don't really say what happened to the phone prior to the issue. Was it dropped, water damaged, prior repair etc. ?
