Mac Book Pro 15" 2009 Apple Store said my logic board is no good, I purchased a replacement board and installed it. Also purchased a new hard drive and installed it. Battery is ok and have a green light. I started computer and I get a chime, and a white screen. No apple logo. I tried all ways to start, need advice on what to do now and solutions.

A white screen is indicative of a failed hard drive.

I installed a new hard drive still the same. How do you check if the replacement is a good drive, and also the cable is good
Plug in an external monitor and see if you get anything. Do you have another Mac to check the hard drives out on?
