internal construction not like ifixit photos

I ordered a replacement screen for iphone 5s; upon opening the home button was not attached by a cable and the construction looks different from guide. Photo attached

showing the partially disassembled phone on the left and the 5S replacement screen on the right.

The construction appears to be different. There is a metal plate covering the battery etc in the disassembled phone that appears to be part of the replacement screen.

Do I have the wrong part or model number?

The glass has come away from the plastic bezel, so you have removed half the screen assembly basically. You need to remove the plastic bezel from the phone by sticking a thin tool between the plastic and casing (for example, a painting knife), then unclipping this from the casing

This answer was originally to another question.

You can also try to glue the glass back on the plastic bezel and then try again whit a suction cup to separate it from the back housing.
