It will not turn on?
It will not turn on, just shut off the I tunes picture is up and it will not allow me to update.

Try performing a hard reset: hold down the power and home buttons together for at least 20 seconds or until the Apple logo shows up on the display.
If a hard reset does not fix the issue, remove the display using the iPhone 7 Plus Battery Replacement guide; just stop at step 17. Hold down the power button for 10 seconds, then reconnect the battery, and try forcing a hard reset again. This will take about 30 minutes to an hour depending on your skill level.
