No response after successful battery replacement.

I replaced the battery on an iPhone 5s. It is a standard procedure for me now. The replacement seems to be successful in the sense that iTunes detects the iPhone and I can see the battery percentage there.

However, no human interface features of the iPhone give feedback. The home button and the lock button work as I was able to put the phone in DFU mode to restore. This did not fix the problem though. I do not have any display. ( I checked the Display ribbon cables 3 times now). I do not get any vibration when I switch the silent switch. I do not get any sound when the iPhone is plugged in to a charger. I cannot find the phone with find my iPhone, but I did do a full restore (restored with no error codes) and typed in my credentials into iTunes to unlock it. I can call the phone and it does not go straight to voice mail. Yet, the phone does nothing to let me know I am getting a call.

I think that is pretty much it. Any experience with this problem would be greatly appreciated.

Did you pry the old battery from the right, or the left side?

From the Fram side... so left side

you may have damaged the ribbon cable for the vibration button whilst removing the battery, this would be consistent with the vibration switch not working. Have you cleaned the logic board terminals and checked if any of the pins are bent or damaged, have you checked that the lightning dock assembly is connected correctly.
