Headphone Jack/Microphone and ear speaker not working

Having strange problems with an iPhone 6.

Calls can only be heard through speaker whilst nobody can hear me. Microphone not working even with voice memos. Speaker works fine but if plug in headphone continues to play through speaker. Have replaced charge port and still same issues. Any advice? Know phone recently had a new screen replaced by another tech if that could have caused issues.

I would check for Long-Screw Damage, just in case.

There are three microphones on the iPhone 6. There is one for phone calls/front camera videos, one for noise cancellation and one for the rear camera. Check that they aren't obstructed with dust, wax etc.

Small parts are notorious for being hit or miss. Can you confirm that the replacement port is functioning?

Just put another board in out of interest and all works so guessing board trouble

Did you look to see if there is LSD?

How would I spot this?

The connections cover was not on phone

Look inside the standoffs (where the screws go) circled in red in this image. (iPhone 6 Logic Board Replacement)

You will need magnification to do this. Ideally a microscope but a jeweler's loupe will do. The bottom should look black. If it looks all scraped up, then it may have LSD.

Yeah I did the same thing but turns out it did nothing :(

The probability of this issue is on the logic board's audio IC needs to be replaced.
