How much memory can I install

I thought I read somewhere that the maximum Ram can be as much as 32 MB. Is that correct?

It's according to which machine you have. There are four EMC 2390s

Thank you for the prompt answer. I have maxed it with 8 more GB Ram but thought if I can get it fixed that I would add more if possible, seems not.

This is the only one that will not go past 16 GB

Mine's the i7, I wanted to confirm before installing that much. It does well with the 16 GB and hopefully will continue. I appreciate very much your help.

Make sure your programs can even use the 16GB before going to more RAM.
