MacBook keyboard stopped working on startup.

Hi Everyone,

I am using MacBook Air Early 2015. It was working properly yesterday but today in morning, keyboard stopped working on a startup.

It gets started in safe mode.

Please suggest me any alternative solution.

Many thanks,

Vikita

Unplug the battery, unplug the keyboard cable (which connects into trackpad) and plug in the charger with the battery and keyboard disconnected. If it doesn't boot into safe mode, order a keyboard and plug it in to test it (the shift key is probably activating by itself, starting it in safe mode). If the keys are all fine, replace the keyboard (check guides first, rivets have to be removed so you may not be comfortable doing this).
