Max CPU and GPU

Hello what is the Mac CPU and gpu for my iMac it's a iMac 8,1 I don't feel like typing a lot so long story short I am 99% sure the gpu is failing anyway so migh as well upgrade it. On a budget of less than a hundred if possible :)
