Stuck on dfu mode

Hello! ive an iphone 5s running 9.3.3 jailbroken and today when i was trying to get a screenshot i was facing a blue screen.now i put it on dfu mode but neither itunes recognize it nor i can exit dfu mode. can i have some help?
