Upgrade memory and change from wifi only to wifi & cellular

Is it possible to upgrade the memory on an I Pad Pro 12.9 and convert from wifi only to wifi & cellular?

It's not possible to "upgrade" to add cellular functionalities. You need to replace the case, antenna set, logic board and the home button as a set. They can only be acquired from a working device.

So you buy a working one, then transfer the parts onto your device? Why don't you just sell your current one and buy a new one?
