but idea sim is not recognized in slot 2.

Hi experts,

i am using samsung J5 , and sims idea & jio

if i am using ideain slot1 & jio in slot 2 its working fine..

when i try to use the jio sim in slot 1 its working fine..

but idea sim is not recognized in slot 2..(idea is working only in slot 1)

please suggest.

Hi,

Don't know your phone but does it support 4G in sim2? Perhaps your idea card is 4G and your Jio card is not.
