2013 terrain is flooded

my terrain wouldn't start this morning. the last time it acted like this i had it towed to the dealer to have them tell me it was flooded. prior to having it towed i let it set for two days and tried starting it again. i thought it would solve its self if it was flooded and i let it sit. is there anything i can do myself to fix this issue?

ehhomer, try holding gas pedal to the floor,If the engine does not start after 15-20 seconds continue holding pedal down but release key to prevent overheating starter, wait 30 sec's and repeat turn ignition to crank engine, you may have to do this several times if flooded. When the engine starts, let go of the key and accelerator. I believe this procedure may be in your manual. Just a question for you, does this hard starting usually happen after filling up or happens any time, cold, hot, does engine light come on,etc. Good luck.

I hope this helped you out, if so let me know by pressing the helpful button.

ehhomer, thanks for the reply, no rime or reason hard to diagnose, if may have been another issue causing this, although you could try a new set of good plugs(OEM plugs) to see if it eliminates. Try to have a good day.
