Please take these steps and post your results. It will help us narrow down the problem:

1. Connect your phone to your computer. Does your computer see it?

2. With your phone connected to your computer, hold down the power button for 5 seconds. While still holding power, press and hold the home button for 15 seconds. Once the Apple logo appears, release the power button while still holding the home button. Does iTunes see the phone now? Does the display work now?

The answers to those questions will help us a lot.

OK...that tells me that the phone has some issues. Its not powering up at all, even on the charger. So there are a few things that could be wrong. The Lightning port is a possibility. Could also be a bad battery. Neither of those are likely, they are possible though. More likely is the logic board of the phone suffered damage by getting wet, getting dropped or by using non-MFI certified chargers and cables.

You could through a new Lightning port and battery on it to make sure, but it does not sound good.

Josh made excellent troubleshooting recommendations. Without knowing the history of your phone prior to failure, it is impossible to diagnose. If you can, please tell us more about what happened to your phone.

If you don't have the experience or the tools necessary, you should consult with a qualified repair shop that does micro soldering for a proper repair or data recovery.

I feel kind of bad because with Apple phones, the answer is usually "Your board is fried and it needs expensive repairs that maybe 15 people in the entire country can do".

Sucks

thank you all for cooperation,

I think doing ethier

1- changing the battery

2- putting the logic board in other iPhone

but the question, am I going to loss the data?

Data will not be lost when trying the logic board in another housing. I doubt it would help at all because the logic board is basically the whole phone.

Changing the battery will not cause the data to be lost as well.

as Ben The Great said, neither of those will cause loss of data. They are both very good ideas.
