What does three beeps mean? Can I fix it?

I have a macbook pro 13" retina early 2015.

It is not turning on! It makes 3 beeps!

3 beeps usually is a RAM issue! But the RAM is soldiered to the logic board!!

IS THERE ANY CHANCE IT CAN BE FIXED??

I am just starting to see the RAM error on these machines and it not be a RAM error.

Try starting in Safe Mode by holding down the Shift key on start up and let us know your results.

Then try it in Recovery mode by holding down the option key on boot and selecting the recovery partition. Run Disk Utilities if you can.

I tried everything you segues me but doesn't work! It still makes three beeps.

I hold the shift button but still after that it makes this three beeps and doesn't change anything.

Please un-accept my answer until you get a resolution. We may have to research this one.

@danj I think I had one in with this problem and fixed it but I'm having a senior moment. Been hitting it about 16-18 hors a day for a week.
